Does anyone have advice about how to judge what to put for your activity levels? (Like, a more detailed description of the different levels than are given when you put them in.)

About every couple of weeks. I am not sure why people are so disgusted by this though, because you do not tend to wash sofa coverings often and it does not necessarily seem that different.

Just make sure you record drinks as well as food. You can make space for some of any food or drink you want.

Kind of boring, but probably bread. There are other things I enjoy more, but it would be so good to be able to eat something this easy and filling without worrying about going over.
