That's fair! I tend to do okay as is, but I can consider trying to eat back some of my exercise calories ( 50%? I hear some do 50-75%. ) Thank you all for helping me out here. I'm learning a whole bunch more than I did back in 2013. I'm sorry for any silly questions that I may ask 🙈

Call me dumb, which I may be - Don't think I'm smart enough to figure this out, but the general idea is to always eat back what you burn from exercise? I thought it was a good idea to not eat back those calories?

It's been about 5 days. I tend to weigh every 5 days to see my progress, but feel fairly discouraged that I have gained. I have felt bloated those five days, strangely. I'm hoping it's something that will pass.

Well think of it this way. Soon you will be this wonderfully fit person, athletic, strong, and gorgeous to top it off. you'll have a healthy body and you'll treat it right while those "skinny girls" will slowly lay their bodies to waste. they'll think they're perfect and just let their body become unhealthy!

The -only- reason it's my chest / torso in my pictures is because my bathroom has the only mirror in the house. The bathroom itself is tiny and I can't move back much to take my picture, and it's high up. While he -can- pick me up, I worry that I'm too heavy for my fiance to carry me around without hurting himself. I have trouble sitting on some rides because of my wide hips alone, but the weight just makes it worse.

Change brownies to chocolate in general and you got me! I tend to just eat those Fiber One brownies. they're delicious and help me stay away. Well, unless mom brings me home a dark chocolate candy bar. Darn her! c:
