  • I would like to thank you for the recipes! So far I have mostly relied on prepared or quick-to-fix foods but they are getting old quickly. Need to start devoting some time to batch cooking on the weekend. I also (finally!) re-start working at a full-time job again Monday, so that will add a whole new layer to the equation…
  • So true. I have no patience with myself, either, but if you're going to look at this as a lifestyle change rather than a DIET, which it has to be, you need to learn to develop patience. :happy:
