Much like a person going thru a breakup .. pretty soon your friends are tired of hearing about it and you are left to fend for yourself. There will come a time where you will be left to your own devices and have nobody to rely on use the people here to be your sounding boards... we're here because we have a lot in common…

If you haven't already.. as has been mentioned... measurements are essential. It could be, as happens to many of us , the weight doesn't just fall off the areas we want it to. patience is needed though , hang in there

8 days in the alps , by train with rail card to travel anywhere for those 8 days that was for giving up smoking for a year... 3 months to go weight is under control , fat is being replaced slowly but surely rewards are a great way to help motivate .. some will need more help than others

you're burning calories doing anything... breathing .. lying their dreaming about chips... however I would not be putting calories burned using weights .. or standing up.... or sitting down or stretching doing yoga I would for cardio, but I would half whatever you or your HRM says you are burning. Net calories burned are…

As somebody who was in a large age gap relationship for a year, it only truly matters what you and the other half really think. However you will both be judged by all and sundry and how you react to other peoples views etc will help or hinder Everybody will have an opinion but as others have pointed out it's your life and…

Weigh yourself less , watch the trend .. adjust consumption / add extra exercise if you notice the trend change direction. weekly weigh ins seem to work for me but loads of us understand the frustration from short term fluctuations
