I don't do cheat meals , i eat what I want and like in moderation. Far easier for me to eat properly for long periods if I am not restricting what I really like and want moderation and will power are key. Eat well , don't deprive yourself and as long as you aren't devoid of self control. you'll do great

fork put downs and table pushaways but as the others have said, you cannot spot reduce you must lower your body fat % for those of us who hold our excess on the lower abs.... it's usually the first place to gain and last place to lose

Have you stopped eating your favourite foods ? You don need enough fuel to keep you going through the day, regardless of how quick you want to lose the extra weight Pick something you really like as long as it fits your macros (IIFYM) and you'll probably stick with it better than if you block out nice tasty stuff you enjoy

great job , always helps to have photos and measurements as we can't always see the changes ourselves in the mirror but it's easy when you can look back in time a month or so and see REAL changes great stuff and will spur others on too
