weigh yourself weekly , look at the overall trend... is it up ..is it down... try weighing monday am only, this can help keep you honest at the weekends over the period of a month, you will be able to see less water / poop / binge variations

No

30 -45 mins of weights per day 60-100 mins walking ( not dawdling ) weather permitting I have recently added weights ( start of month ) to my routine and will go for split routine next month

eat less , move more and if you can .. pick up heavy objects and then put them down and if somebody says you might get bulky .... slap them hard
-
very noticeable difference .. keep it up and show us again next month !!

i use map my walk website ( they have app also ) ..find it helpful

If you stop losing, I would guess you're at maintenance without truly realising ( bar any medical or tom issues etc ) If you have recently shaken up your exercise / working out ... that can happen. If not.. then refocus on your logging and check how many you are logging as exercise cals etc recheck the math is best bet

exercise bike is exactly how I started. Got me back into moving myself after years of laziness. It can only help

I don't do cheats, don't do clean and I don't restrict myself too aggressively either. My lifestyle change has to be achievable in the long term and allow me to maintain it. Porking out every once in a while is dangerous if you have a problem with willpower or love food too much. IIFYM works well for lots of people and I…

willpower , delete their numbers. Nobody likes sending a text and getting a who is this reply... pees them right off Life's too short to be looking over your shoulder wondering what an ex is doing, even during the lonely moments of the night willpower stops me stuffing my face with goodies.... and I use that same willpower…

i add a calorie per minute that I work out but only so I can easily track the time as I have dropped a little cardio to focus on more resistance since new year I'd avoid any theoretical numbers of calorie burns as has been advised on many of these threads asking the same / similar thing
-
i use map my walk website to work out distances etc if you don't have something that monitors it all for you
-
There's too many trolls hiding behind other peoples photos and not enough time in the day
-
i'd be very careful on how you arrive at the number of calories burned. The most common cause of non weight loss, is often people underestimating their intake and over estimating their burns. With that in mind, i'd eat 1/2 back to start but I'd also get some guidance on what you are burning. Give some thought to trying to…

Well if you have shed weight in the past, then you need to repeat what you did back then. Harsh words from us, might help right not or may not but we cannot be there to stop you going for the extra slice of pizza. You have to want to do it So , hard work, logging , lifting and exercise between now and next Christmas and…

I walk every day ( weather permitting ) and it has done wonders to not only my fitness / fatness but also my general mood. Careful with the calorie burns, try and get as many hills in as you can. I found that by altering my routes constantly, having a large selection of music on the player really helped too

Holy Moly ... great transformation. I won't dram attention to the fact that you were smiling when heavier and not now :P only joking photos where people have really made a difference will help inspire others :)

Pick out a photo of me when I had a 38" belly , where I wheezed myself up the steps inside the Arc De Triomphe and say to myself... Oi fatboy !!!! is that what you want to feel and look like ? It's usually enough to put me back on track. You have to want to do it or you won't. Those are my reasons that spur me on. No more…

Troll walks into a forum, sets off bomb .... retires to watch the arguing start Mission accomplished going by some of the remarks Obvious troll... is oh so obvious ...

I'd try altering your exercise regime for a month and see if your body has gotten too used to it all. Could be worth trying to shake things up

the last subway I had was a footlong chicken and bacon ranch.... yum yum cost me about 1000 calories... well worth it. I even washed it down with a coke and a cookie

when i see Warrior ... I automatically think 2 things ... what their World of Warcraft character eats ... or a gang trying to get back to Coney Island in the film of the same name from the late '70s ( The Warriors ) but back to the topic, sounds a bit like another one of these fad diets that work for one person ( usually…

stopped in November 2013 , gained a bit but after 30 years it was to be expected. Never regretted it , upped my cardio to compensate for wanting to scoff more and during the last year , am about 2 lbs higher. It's hard to quit anything, even something that is bad for you , but the ciggie companies are in the nicotine…
