  • Sorry you are feeling that way. Its healthy to feel all the grief (so they say). I am still taking it day by day. I think I'm getting better but then other days are really hard still I can say that it definitely doesn't feel like 5 months have passed.

  • I am not on track :( Actually I could use some advice. I have been at the same weight since November even though I am within my calories for the week and I run/walk 3x's a week, cardio DVD's randomly throughout the week and my diet is decent. I need to shake things up.... any suggestions?
