I am with you Kim 30 minutes is nice and managable. Some days I do a 30 min DVD and walk on the treadmill. I guess I don't like doing the same thing for to long.

I finished w2d3 today. I am considering changing my training approach because of issues with my treadmill. The treadmill does not like intervals it increases fine but when I decrease speed it will not stay at a steady speed at times it will almost stop.... so annoying. Do you enjoy p90x? I have power 90 (beginner p90x) but have never finished It because one month with the same exercise got very boring. I made a cheat snack this weekend ... Snickers dip but to justify it I eat it with green apples. I hope everyone had a good weekend!

Sorry for the delay in responding. I completed my 26 miles. Between jogging, walking, circuit training, and strength training I ended up at 33 miles.

I've had mine a little over a year a we still use it daily. I have so many favorite recipes. Today I had an oatmeal smoothie for breakfast. I use it to make a ton of stuff.... soup, sauces, guac, salsa. I can't say enough good things about it!

I love anberlin too! Breaking, reclusion, retrace, and perfect tourniquet are some of my favorites. I never listen to them while working out though.

I'm glad you are enjoying the weight lifting. I enjoyed the weights part of 30 D's more than the cardio. I have been walking on the treadmill this week. The fitbit is motivating me to get more steps in. I have been staying within or really close to my daily calorie goal this week.... hopefully it will show on the scale…
