It doesn't matter what other people think. I think it sounds fun and new. Go with it. It is your day and not theirs. I used the Knot for mine but only for the checklist and the countdown. That's about it.

I am guessing anytype of soda would work? We have cleared aspartame from our house and I was wondering if another low cal sodas would work too.

You definitely need to add some benefiber or phsyllium husk (I believe it is). This should get you going. :wink:

I usually drink 3 or 4 so I will work really hard and make sure the bathroom is really close to acheive this challenge. :)

How about eating broccoli and a 90 calorie granola bar for a snack instead of lemon bread or muffins from the staff room? :laugh:

I personally really like it. Especially the scanner. I also like the fact that it sychronizes at the same time. Other apps are not as efficient.
