Pre-Workout Supplement
Does anyone have any good suggestions for a pre-workout supplement? I need a bit more energy but would rather get some sort of supplement than have a latte or energy drink.

*banging head on wall* THUD! THUD! I worked out this whole week, ate right and gained 5 lbs. I am just going to start going off measurements. Anyone else have this problem?

Anyone with 100 or more take a Spin class?
This class if I am sitting down is not a problem. However when the instructor tells me that I need to stand...my knees aren't really that keen on the idea and I end up having to sit anyways. When I do sit, I make sure I upped the intensity to make sure I am getting the maximum work out. Any ideas on how I can make this…

It's all a mental thing.
Okay so I was away for a while due to surgery and what have you. During this whole ordeal I managed to lose 16 pounds which is way good. But then I realized that once I started tracking and monitoring...I started to get hungry and want more food. Has this happened to anyone else? :grumble:

Question for the ladies...
So, since I have stopped taking my birth control I have lost 5 pounds. That is good and dandy, but I have now had more migraines than I have since they upped my dosage. Here is a dumb question...Do you think I am going through withdrawals as I try to clean my system from the hormones?

Question for anyone who has 100lbs or more to lose
My husband and I both have appproximately 100lbs to lose..each. We are going to be taking martial arts classes. Should we be too concerned about all this heavy working out and the pressure on our joints? That is my main concern, but I think I may be looking for excuses to baby my big body. :) LOL
