I didn't lose any this week. I was under my calories a few times so maybe that's why. I am noticing that my clothes are fitting better. I wore a shirt on Saturday that I've never felt comfortable in before and it felt so good!

Alright, I"m embarrased. I only did 1 mile this week but I did a lot of Pilates and I lost 1 more pound.

I haven't weighed since early last week and was shocked this morning to discover that I had actually LOST 4 lbs. I'm at my goal weight now but I still need to do some "rearranging". Only did about a half of a mile on the treadmill last night but got in some aerobics and arm weights!

I slacked all week, didn't exercise, didn't watch what I ate, BUT I didn't gain anything. Starting all over today. Keep me accountable! Please.

My daughter and I do a major clothes shopping trip on Labor Day weekend so I'll have a go at it!
