Don't worry about my calorie consumption, I don't count calories. I'm more interested in eating whole foods and no junk foods. If you can't deal with that then move on.

I believe that I'm more qualified then you ! And I don't like to be tricked and lied too. Your lies to get into my Diary were not appreciated and you are not an authority in weight loss! What I eat and don't eat and how many calories I eat is none of your business.

Add me also. I exercise at home for an hour per day. I break it up in two to three sessions.

I agree, there are a lot of thin people on the verge of diabetes. When your insulin receptors are insensitive to excessive amount of sugar, you appear thin, but that does not mean you are healthy.

I went into menopause when I was 38. I still get the hot flashes, and yes alcohol makes it worse. Also any warm beverages and especially when I go to bed, the flashes usually are the worse. I'm 55 now, so I have learned to live with my flashes, but hope they will get better when I get this weight off. The weight is harder…

I do not count my calories, instead I keep my carbs low and stay away from processed foods. I have lost 23Lbs since June 2014. I ate what I wanted on my two weeks vacations also.

Stay on tract and drink plenty of water and you will see the scale come down.

You could have Metabolic syndrome. See a doctor. Quality of food does matter and you can't exercise a bad diet. Too much exercise increases your stress hormones and can stall your weight loss. It is not cico. Our body is complicated and many factors can influence the outcome.

If feel in control of my eating. Have a lot of energy. Need less sleep. Lost 19 pounds in 5 weeks. Eating much more nutritious. The only way I can lose weight. No puffy face. No indigestion. No cravings.

To help your candida overgrowth, you can eat Protein-such as: nuts, eggs, Greek yoghurt, cheese. Carbs- such as vegetables(mostly green, yellow, red), and Fat- coconut oil and olive oil. Flax is a good complex carb to add also, which is mostly fiber.

So so excited to see this post. Add me in also. Back from vacation and ready to get this going again. Lost 19 pounds keeping my carbs down and calories usually are also low, because I also eat clean. Let's do this!:happy:
