Ask yourself, am I loosing weight after one month, if not reassess , your calories deficit as well as what are you eating. Keep it healthy.

I drink my coffee with half and half and no sugar. I also use stevia occasionally for my cocoa. Make sure you read the ingredients on the stevia, because many stevia on the market is not pure stevia. I only buy pure stevia in fiber.

I do not eat my exercise expenditure, because I want this expenditure to help with weight loss effort My theory is if you are obese, you should not be eating your exercise effort. I like to eat unprocessed foods that include protein, vegetables and Fat. When I have a urge for sweets, I will add fruit.
