Know that when you lose fat out of a cell, water moves in at first and stays there until it decides to get out. Be patient! eventually it will flush and you will see a big drop on the scale.

Calories are not created equally, eat healthy unprocessed foods. Calculate a deficit of 500 calories per day and move(swim, walk, dance and lift weights, clean the house, wash your dog LOL) and foremost, be patient.

Open your Diary so that we can help.

Agee with you, eating right is 80% exercise is 20%. You can't exercise a bad diet. Eat a diet of protein, carbs(mostly vegetables) and Fat. Eliminate all processed junk carbs out of your diet. Be patient, fat cells fill with water and then release it when they are ready to do so.
-
Agree with you that it's perfectly safe and effective to control carbs. Eliminating processed carbs IS HEALTHY!

Yes, this is the way to get control of your bingeing, cut all refined sugar carbs out and eat protein, vegi, and fat. It is important to eat the fat. Drink lots of water to flush your metabolic pathway.

Stevia in moderation! I use 1/2 to 1 a day on average.

I disagree that there is no bad foods. Try to eat unprocessed as possible. Example: chicken and salad; Ground beef and a side of vegetable; Eggs and salsa. You get the idea. Keep you calories in a range where you have a 500 calorie deficit. Nutritious is the way to go stay away from empty calories.

Doctor A suggested decreasing cheese and cream for this problem.

Hi everyone! The nay sayers will change their mind as they see how you can eat without hunger. My way of eating is to eat without processed foods. Eat protein, vegetables, fat and lot of H2O. My total calories tend to be low due to clean eating not because I want them low.
-
Deduct 500 off your TDEE this will give you 1 pound loss per week.

I believe they are all correct

Yes, as we get older we require less food. For me eating non processed low carb helps me lose weight. My goal is to stay healthy as I lose weight. Eating protein, Fat , and carbs(healthy ones) is working great. Exercise is the frosting on the cake, by helping me lose more than a pound a week.

Watching you carbs and calories, should take you out of your stall.
-
Yes, I plan ahead and then adjust as I eat the food.

For your weight of 202Lbs. and being young and male, 1000 is too low;; up it to 1500 and keep your intake of protein and fat high and carbs(healthy green, yellow, red vegetables) low. Alcohol will slow your progress. Drink at least 8 glasses of h20 to flush kidneys of metabolic waste. Losing weight and staying healthy is…

All that sugar will circulate in your blood and cause havoc to all of your major organs as well as your hormones. In the end will cause you to gain weight the following days (1-5 days) later.

I'm not a believer of calorie in calories out. Not all calories are created equal, even for weight loss. I know this is what we are told, but I also know that certain foods cause blockage or damage to renal heart function and therefore will cause damage to your digestive/circulatory system and this will also lead to weight…

When the fat cells lose fat water moves in at first, then you will see a woosh and you will see weight loss. You are retaining water. Log your food accurately. Weight and measure and you will see a drop.

Your self image is intertwined with how you look. You need to separate your self image from what you look like. You have intrinsic value, no matter what your weight is for the day or week. Go to a quiet place every day and meditate on this. Quiet your mind and find a way to love how you look today. Eating to sustain your…

All food is not nutritionally equal. Eat carbs, but should come mostly from vegetables and fruit. Stay away from prepackaged foods, because they contain many ingredients that can stall your weight loss. Protein is very important so incorporate it in every meal.
