My weight loss usually looks exactly like a sine curve, but though there are small increases in weight the general trend is downward. I agree that two weeks is not enough time to really see that trend. It'll take time.

Great job, Joe! I'm former Army. So is my husband. He's retired. I didn't stay to retirement. Keep up the motivation. That's half the battle! :-)
