I did a lot of exercise today, I mowed my lawn for 90 minutes and went for a 5 mile bike ride, so I have a lot of extra calories to burn. I want to go get some fro yo with my mom but I almost feel guilty about it because I'm not hungry...I just want some! What do you guys think?
