Like people have said, part of the problem for many is that they see the goal weight as the end of the road. Like you "only" have to utilize the tools that MFP or other programs have to offer until you hit that goal and then you've succeeded and the work is done. I hear people say all the time..." as far as I know if you don't log or don't complete it shouldn't disappear. I've done that. it either shows up blank if I didn't log anything or it shows what I logged but the "complete" button is still there waiting for me to finish up the day after the fact.

Time to head to the doctor...for various reasons. Don't bother getting a scale at this point. Not a good idea for someone having issues with disordered eating. Time to focus on a healthier mindset rather than weight.
