I don't have anything but Protein, Carbs and Fats listed for my macro's. The sugar and salt really threw me for a loop, and my personal trainer said to only worry about those three and the rest would settle out. That doesn't mean that I eat a lot of sugary things though, I don't add any sugar or salt to anything anymore.…

I have been following this program for 2 weeks, and I am finding I can't weigh myself every day, because it winds up really upsetting me and causing me a lot of panic. I am going to only weigh myself once a week, and at my weigh ins with my trainer. Weighing to often, for me, sends me for a loop and does nothing helpful.…
