I know.... I'm teetering on the 10 lb mark myself. Go pick up a 10 lb or two 5 lb hand weights, really makes you realize how much that actually is. Doesn't always look like that much in the whole scheme of things (to me, anyway), but it's a good bit of weight!

Some things that look healthy just aren't upon closer examination. It is all about the labels and reading ingredients. :P Or as one poster said, assemble your own. I hate that things can look good for you, but are loaded with sugar, or fat, or sodium. Have to be an educated and aware consumer these days.

Same here... I'm a shade under 5'4, and have the same tight jeans from thigh to knee. But I always have had big legs, even when I wasn't carrying so much weight. I've lost 9 so far, have another 80-90 to go to get to 140. Can I join??

Personally, I would say listen to your body. If you ignore pain and injure yourself, or further injure yourself, then it will just take that much longer to get back into your exercising.
