I like mine with 1 tbsp cranberries, 1 tsp local honey, and 1 tsp Ghirardelli cocoa powder (unsweetened, of course) . Sometimes I'll throw a tablespoon of chopped walnuts or chopped pecans for some crunch. Nom, Nom!

My advice...Don't dwell on it. It happened. You can't undo it, but you can learn from it. Try and figure out what happened to make that choice easier than what you know you should've done and in the future you'll be better equipped. And don't "exercise" it.
