  • I've tried it and it didn't work for me because I find any diet where I need to cut out specific food groups I cannot stick to. For me personally, I would just rather eat whatever I usually eat but control my portions. Every diet at the end of the day just works by creating a calorie deficit. Good luck with it!

  • I find salads with a protein are filling and satisfying. I make a vietnamese salad with lean pork or chicken, cilantro, chilli, carrot, bean sprouts and a very small amount of thin rice noodles (about 1/4 of a cup).

So if I were you, I'd still eat pizza but as a part of my diet, it doesn't have to be a cheat or your 'last day of eating' thing.
