I check menus before I go out, that way I can plan my meal and calories. I usually don't eat out on the fly, and every resturant has to provide nutritional information in the restaurtant. Did this w/ a cookie from Panera, NEVER AGAIN!

I watch the scale, but remember clothes never lie. I'm more concerned about how I feel, and clothes look than a number on the scale. The last time I had my BMI and body fat % done, I was overweight based off BMI, but .5% body fat from being in the normal range.

I struggle w/ the weekend as well, I don't usually go too much over but I've started looking at this in a different light. Size 7/8 in pants and a medium shirt, depending on how I feel I might go for another pant size.

I add my exercise calories at the beginning of the day, so I budget calories effectively throughout the whole day so I'm not trying to find something to eat or eating and not hungry. Also, that way I mentally force myself to work out in the evening.

I did it Saturday for the first time. Yesterday I was so sore. Today is even worse! it kicked my *kitten* Although I'm doing a 5k in March so it's running MWF, and 30 DS T, TH, Sat. I give credit to all those who've done it for 30 straight!

I'm on week 3, day 2. Although I've only been doing it for 2 weeks. I've accelerated it, since I want to pick up speed before the race March 10th.

Pick a weight you are comfortable with. My main goal is to get into a 7/8 pant size and medium tops. Whatever the number is that I look in that size, I'm happy with. I'm concentrating how low I look more than obsessing w/ a number.
