30DS Before Pics
I'm starting 30DS this evening with the goal of 30 days straight. I took some before pictures and measurements. Let me tell you I couldn't be more disgused with myself. Can't believe my husband finds me attractive. I'm thankful though. :smile: Can't wait to see what I look like in 30 days! :smile:

So during my Fitness Dance workout tonight, all the jumping around I had to keep pulling my workout capri's up. They kept falling down. Looks like I'll need to spring for some new ones real soon!

Losing Motivation
I did well for about 6 weeks and dropped 12.5 lbs. Although I've lost motivation, seem to be making excuses. I'm doing a 5k in 3 weeks, that is the only thing keeping me moving. Do you exclusively do this? Or do you cardio workouts in addition? Wondering how you incorporate this into your workouts? I'm working on doing my first 5k, and possibly a 10k. I want to do some toning work as well, would this be a good fit?
