Do you exclusively do this? Or do you cardio workouts in addition?
Wondering how you incorporate this into your workouts?
I'm working on doing my first 5k, and possibly a 10k. I want to do some toning work as well, would this be a good fit?

Many do it everyday (or try to). After some google research I found that 5-6 days a week along with other forms of cardio is what Jillian had in mind. Ive done it mon-sat with turbojam as cardio and pilates and yoga for stretching. I'm on level 3 today I've done each level for 10 days. Find what works for you and stick to it! :-)
And yes, it's great for toning.0 -

Right now I am doing 30 DS three times a week in addition to the C25K. I think that it is a really good way to get strengthening in, but it is too much for me to do five days a week like the program is designed. The way that I am doing it seems to be working for me.0
