How would you schedule your weekly routines with these two items?

I'm doing at a 5k March 10th, and I'm on week 4 of C25K (2 weeks ahead).

Atleast for me, I am currently doing a straight non-stop 30 days of the 30DS.

On Wed, Feb 1st I will start the 5k version of c25k (5k app on iPhone) which is an 8 week program vs the 9 weeks of the original c25k. I am going M-W-F of C25K in the mornings with an additional 30 minute cardio component in the evenings. T-Th-Sat I will start a new video, looking at Julian's Ripped in 30 but you could do the 30DS here. Sundays will become my day off.

Depends on where you're starting, fitness-wise. One option would be to do each every other day - 30DS Mon, Wed, Fri, and C25K Tues, Thur, and Sat, for instance. That's what I'd recommend if you're fairly new to working out. If you've been working out for a while, and feel pretty confident in your body's ability to handle it, then you can do 30 DS 5-6 days a week (I HIGHLY recommend taking at least one rest day, if not two, a week with 30 DS!) and also do C25K 3 days a week. For instance, Monday, Wed, and Fri, would be C25K + 30DS, and Tues and Thurs would be 30DS only, leaving 2 days for active rest days where you could do some yoga, get a nice walk in, etc.

I'm pretty much doing the same thing, not exactly c25k but my own version of it and 30ds at the same time. I run 3x a week and I'm doing 30ds 6x a week. Good luck!!!
