Any Trainers out there? What would you do?

My background: My weight has stalled for almost a month. I started out at 168 lbs. I am down to 154 lbs. I'm 5'3", pear shaped. Eating about 1200-1290 calories a day. I eat back most of exercise calories. I eat a balanced diet, I haven't restricted myself from anything. I eat carbs, although I attempt to limit them due to my limited calorie intake. For exercise, I'm running 25-30 mins 3x a week. I'm ready to add in some either weights or 30DS.

Question: What do I do next? Increase calories? Add variation to my exercise routine? Eliminate something out of my diet?
