Macros vs Micros ??

  • Macronutrients are protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
    Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals,i.e. Vitamin A, B's, C, D, E, etc, and Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.
