I'm pretty predictable 5 days a week, so I log those all the time. It's only the weekend that I don't really log meals beforehand. But 5 days a week, I'm pretty good keeping my food on target.

Chronic nail-biter here. Fake nails is the only thing keeping me from biting. I've tried the garlic and nail polish, peppers, and the rubber band around the wrist and snap to control the habit. But only fake nails seem to help. Keeping an eye on this topic to see if there are anymore suggestions.

I find the heart rate monitor with chest strap definitely more accurate. after losing lbs, I have go back to my monitor and change the weight to reflect the weight change.

'bump' is forum-terminology for posting something or usually posting the word "bump" to keep the topic current and on top of other topics/posts. Especially if it's useful for the person doing the "bump"/bumping.

T-Sat 60 min on the elliptical trainer after work. Mon 60 min of pilates reformer for endurance and muscle toning. If I'm not too sore/tired out, I'll try to squeeze about 30 min of the elliptical trainer after the class. Sunday is my rest day.

Don't worry. It's normal when you're doing something to your body to make a change. My friend that went through military boot camp said she didn't have her period for a month because of the vigorous training she had to endure.
