Thanks, good advice. I am trying to eat as often as I can. Will try eating every 2-3 hours. I tried a big breakfast once and I just felt stuffed and not hungry for the rest of the day. I find smaller portions more regularly are manageable and then I will slowly increase the portions. Been on here for 3 days and only…
