  • You can totally tell a difference! I feel like I am in the same boat as you ... I started at 230 and I am now at 210, but it doesn't always seem like that when I just look in the mirror.
  • Congrats on taking the first step! I have found that this site is helpful with holding me accountable for my exercise/eating habits ... and it really helped me open my eyes up to just how many calories I was consuming in a day without even realizing it. Best of luck to you!
  • I tend to go with the lower number because I would rather be safe then sorry. But other wise I have never had that large of a gap either.
  • That's awesome! & it definitely is a helpful reminder that just because I haven't magically shed 20 lbs in 2 months doesn't mean there isn't an obvious physical difference! Thank you for posting a perfect reminder!
  • I am happy you posted this because I am also interested in people's suggestions. I am a full time student, I have a part time job, 2 internships and only so much time in the day!
