A gallon of water weighs eight pounds! I weigh myself every day, and I do it in the morning to try and get a more accurate number. Sometimes I weigh myself at night just for fun, I can usually expect to see about a three to five pound "gain." Sometimes it is shocking but you have to realize that it is just what you've…

I bought it once and sorta enjoyed it. Probably wouldn't buy it again though. Chocolate flavor. I let it melt to get a more "real" texture, and topped it with a peanut butter sauce I made with PB2, water, honey, and cinnamon. There's slow churned ice cream in way better flavors with ~200/250 cal for a cup. As soon as I can…

That is a quite a lot of inches! Don't let the scale be the only way you monitor and track progress.

I do ;__; When I drink I can't have just one. And then I get blasted and eat three pieces of bbq sauce pizza and a plate of nachos and an ice cream sundae. Then wake up hungover and eat an enormous cheesy omelette with a half loaf of bread. haha I haven't completely eliminated it from my diet, but I very rarely indulge.…

Coffee upsets my stomach if I haven't eaten. It does weird things to your blood sugar. Try having your coffee with a light snack and see if that is better :)

Big handful of spinach, can of tuna (or half a can if you're less hungry), chopped tomatoes, 1/2 T hummus, 1/2 T feta cheese. Mix and eat!

I do these classes at my gym: LesMills Body Pump! twice a week for an hour each Yoga/pilates twice a week for 45 min I also go dancing on almost every friday and saturday night. I try to walk at least 30 mins a day on my work lunch break (weather permitting) and if I don't have any plans in the evening, get in ~30 min of…

$25 a month for Gold's Gym. I love it there. Tons of machines and free weights. Includes all classes, tanning, and pool! (Also has child care but I don't know all the details because I have no kids) The sign-on fee was steep (around $150) but it came with 5 hours of free personal training!

Eggs! Sprouted tofu has more protein than regular, if you can find it :) Not a huge protein source, but it can add up. Replace regular bread with sprouted bread, a bit of extra protein there. (My favorite is Trader Joe's 7 Grain Sprouted Bread. 60 calories and 5g protein per slice) If you like wraps, La Tortilla Factory…

I have low blood sugar and if I don't eat enough I will feel the same way. I'm 5'4" and 135ish lbs and eat 1300 cal on a sedentary day. You are definitely not eating enough! Something like a small handful of nuts and fruit or yogurt is great to get you feeling better again. The key is a bit of sweetness to perk you up…

You should take body measurements! Once I didn't lose anything for nearly three weeks, I got so frustrated! When I finally got around to checking my measurements, I had lost over an inch off my waist and an inch off of each thigh. Your weight isn't the be-all end-all description of your fitness. :)

~MOAR PROTEIN~

Of course you should log them! You're eating them aren't you? :P I suffer from low blood sugar too, and I find that eating more protein, more often, helps keep me going during the day. :)

Restaurants. I cook about 95% of everything I eat. Thank god I love my kitchen, right? haha Really helps me stay on track when I am in total control of my meals. Plus I'm discovering tons of delicious new recipes!

Exercise is a great stress reducer! It always helps me clear my head and lose the day's baggage. If you're not feeling up to something intense, try starting with a slow jog, walk, or tai chi/yoga. Go to the park or somewhere far from your confrontation, where you are able to find peace and focus on your breathing and the…

Quest bars cut and "baked" for 1-2 minutes on med power in the microwave, makes little cookies~ :)

I like to eat potatoes as nachos! Cut really thin strips in the top but leave the bottom connected and bake/microwave. Top with beans, cheese, tomato, sour cream, lettuce, salsa, hot sauce. The thin slices also help it cook faster :)

Open diary here! Currently eating pescatarian, low dairy, high protein. Trying out low carb but really only limiting processed/white carbs. I log everything except water, unsweetened tea (which I count as water), and sugarless gum. I will post a status update if I make a surprisingly delicious and healthy new food. I love…

That skirt is so fabulous! (And you are too ^__^) Did you use a pattern?

I'm about zero percent competitive, if anything becomes a race/contest, I immediately lose all interest. The only person I try to be better than is the person I was yesterday. However, if it works for you, keep doing it!

Stir fry! Chicken, broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas, baby corn, water chestnuts. Serve with rice~ You could make a sauce out of the worcestershire and some spices.

I'd like to be 130 by the end of the year, so that's about 5 lbs. It is a pretty small goal, because I want to be able to feast on Halloween candy and pumpkin pie and holiday cookies! hehe Keeping it reasonable over here. I love winter foods ♥
