Roasting gives the best flavor. Just toss in a tiny tiny bit of oil and spices. Steaming is the fastest/lowest calories.

No. I almost never use butter or oils. Partially because I can't break the fear of "getting fat by eating fat" and also because I just don't enjoy the taste of it. I mostly eat nuts to keep my fat macro at an appropriate level.

Those calorie counts include the entire packet of dressing, which is usually a ridiculously huge portion.

Volunteer work is a great way to meet people. So is taking a class through your cities' recreation department. Focus on meeting as many new people as possible and making friendships, love interests will come in time. :) If you want to cuddle, perhaps foster an animal? Animal hugs are probably even better than people hugs.…

Eat some more carbs! I went low carb for a while and I was a total wreck. The weight loss was not worth it. Since you feel sad in the mornings, try eating something like a banana or wheat bread before you go to sleep.

For men, I just want them to be bigger than me. Little bit fat, little bit muscle, little bit of both, doesn't really matter. As long as his weight isn't a medical concern, and he is in shape enough to keep up with my active lifestyle. I enjoy feeling small, delicate, and feminine next to a man.

Put it in the food log BEFORE you eat it. Seeing all the calories usually scares me out of eating it (haha) But understand that an occasional treat is totally ok and nothing to feel guilty about :)
