I don't drink juice. It has as much sugar as soda. You're better off eating the whole fruit and having a glass of water. If I'm gonna drink my calories, I want alcohol ;)

Haha me too, sometimes I dream about food. Then get out of bed and in a half asleep state see if I can combine applesauce, plain yogurt, and oatmeal to resemble some sort of cookie dough type creation. I've made some terrible things... >___<

I almost always have a water bottle or thermos of unsweetened tea/black coffee with me. When you're not thirsty, you don't really feel the need to buy a drink! Saves on calories, and on money! I certainly can't afford anything about a $4.25 coffee that is basically an ice cream shake haha

Put a piece of tape over your mouth when you go in that room. Or chew gum. Or brush your teeth every hour. Might help you be less likely to sneak a bite~

Short hair on women just radiates confidence! And that is beautiful :) If you're worried, cut it in stages, a little bit at a time until you get to a style you really love. But don't worry too much, it'll grow back if you hate it! And you can always hide it under a hat during winter (haha)

I make sure to always reach at least my sedentary goal and if I workout, then the other calories are like a prize! So if I'm hungry late at night or I want a big cookie, I can have a bit extra on active days. Sometimes knowing I can come home and attack some chocolate ice cream is the best motivation to hit the gym!

5'4" here~ Goal was 130, got to 135 and changed my goal to 120! I always thought I was "large framed" and wouldn't look good being thin. Turns out I was just fat! There was a tiny person inside of all that mess the whole time! hahaha

I've lost about 2" from my thighs and I've noticed a lot less cellulite just because there is less fat there. Building muscle in that area can also help.
