  • I completely understand this frustration. I have taken a sudden halt on loosing pounds but am still losing inches. I am seeing toning in my legs and arms.. Yahhooo! But for me.....it is frustrating not to see the numbers on the scale go down. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something more I can be doing?
  • This sounds fabulous. I have never thought about doing this before. I love rotel. So tomorrow it will be rotel chicken when I get home from work!!!! Can't wait.
