Super great tool! It's 5 years old today! I've been using it for 3 years and most of the weight I've lost was with running. Go download the app.

I didn't use their recovery formula and I did fine. There was recently another post about how you can make your own recovery drink that is pretty much the same as beach bodys but cost less. Here is the link to that thread.…

I was stuck at the same weight for 1 month! I didn't really change anything, I just kept on doing what I did normally and finally I started to drop again. Don't let it discourage you, keep on pushing.

Oh I forgot about these great groups too..... Pandora Slacker Rhapsody

I agree with some of the other posts. It is extremely rough on your joints. I hurt myself twice doing that program. However, it is super fun and it does work. I suggest trying what Tankplanker wrote and go from there.

I'm not but I've been there a few times. One of my favorite places I got to visit while I was in the Navy

I said NO to a: carne asada torta.

I listen to cadence when i run/jog. I downloaded a few albums from iTunes. Songs are motivational and they keep you in step. Besides, I was in the Navy for 8 years and I like running to cadence.

Like I've told everyone thats asked me, "how did you lose all that weight". I tell them that I know of a powerful weight loss supplement. They get all intrigued and ask WHAT? I then say DHMO! Then get asked where can I get it? I say its free and another common name for DHMO is H2O or water! So funny to see their reactions.…

Yes! It assists you with keeping your heart rate on target and if you get a good one, it can also count your calories burned, fat burned, target heart rate in zone, time out of zone and time above zone.

http://www.internetfitness.com/calculators/calburncalc.htm I'd try using this site. Just add 30 pounds to your normal weight. When you can afford an HRM get one. I got mine for $35 at Big 5 on sale. It was normally like $70.

I do this all the time, except I use water and ice. I will on occasion use almond or rice milk but prefer water. If you like coffee you can also buy those little can of shots that they sell at the store (Starbucks) and add it in there as well.

I agree, drink a protein shake. How do you struggle eating 1200 calories? MFP is not always correct with its calories burned. Use a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate count.

That infomercial is SO SO SO funny. How could they act when they are on this thing. I most definitely would not be able to balance books while on this. Check these videos out. http://youtu.be/E9_amg-Aos4 this one is funny too http://youtu.be/DHiqVygN-w0

I don't track normal routine stuff. Only when I specifically go out and get my heart rate up.

I personally didn't do the C25K when I started running cause I didn't know about it. Wish I had. I've heard nothing but positive things about it though. I'm now starting to run again. Hurt my calf muscle when a dog jumped out and chased me. I took a bad step and pop my calf went. Good luck to you.

The more you do it the easier it will become. If you are new at running look into the Couch to 5k C25K program, google it. It's a great tool to help you start running. Make sure you listen to your body and take rest days. Also, you need to have the correct running shoes for the style of running you do. If you can, go to a…

I drink shakeology. I am officially a coach but I do not push the product. I just signed up for the discount. I like the product and I try to use it once a day for a healthy meal replacement. It's been working for me and I like it.

Hey, you are doing the right thing. Just don't give up and after your body adjusts to your new lifestyle you will drop. Also just case the scale isn't dropping doesn't mean your not losing inches. Get a tape measure and measure your arms, legs, chest and belly. Keep it up and don't give up.

Guess I need to read and listen! I did the same, I didn't look at my 1st tests results till I was finished with todays. Thanks for the input.

I see a HUGE difference. Congrats!

I was on Insanity for a month but unfortunately I hurt myself during one of the exercises. Been off of all exercise for about 3 months. (Just started running with Nike + Sportband this week.) Let me tell you Inasanity WORKS! I plan on starting again really soon. Just need to get my cardio back up a bit before I jump back…

I went to Big 5 and purchased a Bowflex Precision XT Heart Rate Monitor for $35.99 and it works great!

Still breakfast.

I lost plenty of weight by running. over 60 pounds!. I gradually increased my distances and ran about 4 times a week. The furthest I got was a little over a 10k and the shortest about a mile. I still run now but I have been doing Insanity and by the time I go for a run my legs are exhausted and so am I. Keep on trucking…

Like DJ Lance Rock says on Yo Gabba Gabba "THAT'S AWESOME" Yes I have kids. Keep it up.

Is that all I burned today, 340 calories during the Fit Test?
