I wore a heart rate monitor and created (added) my own with the workout of the day. Maybe I should get back on Insanity myself.....hmmmmmm!

I didn't lose much weight when I did Insanity. I did lose inches and got stronger. Don't get discouraged and remember, press play and dig deeper! I definitely see a difference in the two pictures. Great job!

Do it! But as stated above, do it at your own pace. Just an FYI, you do a lot of jumping so your joints take a beating. I got hurt doing it but I'd do it again. Oh and it worked! I didn't lose much weight but I did lose a few inches.
