Hey guys! I recently completed the whole program & I have to say week 7-8 were the weeks I noticed the biggest difference in my abs! So the planks are definitely worth it. Keep it up!

To me wo 11 was by far the hardest but I LOVE wo 12 so it made the last 3 weeks bearable! Good luck!

Today I did workout 11 for the final time. I have never been happier to be done with a workout in my life. Lol. I hated that one!

In the 2nd circuit of cardio 3, Jillian leaves out jump squats and twisting high knees. It actually helps me get through the video because I HATE those moves so it helps to know I only have to do them twice!
