I was able to do a Google search for MyFitnessPal groups and came up with a link that led me to the right place. But as of yet, I don't think it can be done on the MFP site.

I'm wearing a pair of pants today that did not fit me at all 4 months ago. They sat in my closet for years with the hope of "someday" getting into them. I looked in the mirror at work, and I noticed the pants are, in fact, getting baggy in the butt! Going to have to find a smaller size soon. :)

I'm on Week 4, and am struggling with it. A couple weeks ago, I nearly made it through Week 4 Day 1, having to stop and walk for a minute just once during the second 5 minute jog. Then I was sick for about a week, and when I tried to go back to Week 4 Day 1, I failed miserably. So I did Week 3 again on that day (last…

Thank you Baconslave and Blueseraphchaos for your sensitive and insightful input. :)

I'm not always successful at denying an intense craving, but a couple things that have worked for me include: 1. Going for a walk or doing moderate to strenuous exercise. For some reason, exercise makes me feel less hungry, and I've often forgotten the craving by the time I finish. And on the chance the craving is still…

Great job! You are doing so well. I had to drop back to Week 3 Day 3 on Friday (I had reached Week 4 day 1 previously). I was sick for a week and didn't go to the gym. I had hoped I could pick right back up on Week 4, but it wasn't to be. But it's o.k. I've decided even if it takes me 6 months, I'm going to get through it!…

Way to go! :)

Toss them with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle on some salt and pepper, and roast at 400-degrees (farenheit) for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle a bit of grated parmesan on top, and roast another 5 minutes. I love me some roasted veggies! (Oh, and throw the tomatoes in near the end -- they cook faster than…

Good luck! You CAN do this. Sometimes writing down your commitment and sharing it, as you have, helps to keep that commitment strong.

OP - I, too, have struggled with some pretty intense sugar cravings. Actually, my cravings are more toward the sugar+fat combination. Sugars naturally occurring in fruits, dairy, etc. don't trigger cravings for me. Ice cream, cakes, cookies -- those are my downfall! I used to think I was "addicted," but after reading these…

You look mahhhvelous!!! (in my best Billy Crystal impression, which to be honest isn't very good!) Thank you for sharing. This is inspiring.

Congratulations! Changing one's attitude can work wonders. :)

Welcome! Congrats on your BSN and your upcoming RN. What an accomplishment! Small goals have worked for me, too, so 10 pounds at a time is very reasonable. Each time you hit a goal, you'll want to work harder to get to the next one! I'm not local to you, but hope you find some local MFP folks to walk with. :)

Great job! I can definitely see the difference. Keep at it - you are doing great!!!

Keep trying! Just do as much as you can, and try to do a little more the next time. I'm doing C25k, too, and am taking it pretty slowly. If I can't make it through each run, I walk a bit, then finish the rest of it if I can. If I can't, I'm always able to do it the next time. And ditto what many have said above -- you may…

Great post! I've thought all the same things as I've progressed on C25K also. Glad I'm not alone in feeling that way. :)

Congratulations! You look great! :)

What an accomplishment! Congratulations!!! :D

Thanks, y'all! It's really a great feeling to have reached this milestone. 55 more pounds to go to reach my goal, and I know I can do it!!! A couple months before I re-started on MFP, I was pretty much resigned that I would just be fat for the rest of my life, and was trying to make my peace with it. I'm thankful I didn't…

My wife and I got married in D.C. in May, on our 10th anniversary of being together. Then we came back home to Georgia and lost all our rights as we crossed state borders. I am confident, though, that marriage equality will be the law of the land before long. Unfortunately, backward states like Georgia will have to be…

Congratulations on your progress! I'm doing C25k also, but am taking it very slowly (repeating days when I need to - currently on Week 3), and doing it on the treadmill for now. I know the treadmill isn't optimal, but my first attempt a couple years ago had me tripping over a rock and spraining my ankle so badly the doc…

Congrats! That is a huge milestone. I have 10 pounds to go before I get there, but am looking forward to it as well.
