I noticed this morning that just my oatmeal (whole oats, not instant) with 1/4 raisins put me over for the entire day...in the first meal of the day!! No more raisins in my oatmeal. Boo. Thanks for the tip on the diary too...I only saw this on my iPhone app...couldn't find it on the other one. I'll look again! :) Cheers!
