After having 2 babies, I have to stop drinking water by a certain time or else I am up in the middle of the night in the bathroom. I would suggest cutting off tv, computer, cell at least an hour before bed. I like doing a devotional before bed or journaling (putting all your junk on paper). I tend to wake up sometimes…

I have a question - Are you scarfing down your food? Are you drinking water with your food? I used to eat fast because when you have boys, they want seconds even though you just touched your food. But I have slowed down and not look like I was shoveling it it. : )

My best meal is breakfast. I have oatmeal with x-tra crunch peanut butter, chia seeds and a little sweetner. It runs around 350 calories, but is so filling, long lasting and delicous!
