I'm at www.team-bootcamp.com....I'd highly recommend it for fitness and paleo eating. I am not into scales but I've lost a dress size in 10 days and upped my fitness tremendously (I was basically totally sedentary to start with)...it's a total lifestyle change. This bootcamp is NOT for people who want a quick fix,...it's…

No, I see your point. My statement did appear to be conflicting...I'm not bipolar! :) I just see things from a different perspective, as do many Europeans. The American context is different and not one I should comment on as I don't live there...but the issue is about government intervention (gay marriage, gun control,…
-
I'll bow out of this debate as it doesn't affect me. :) I don't live in America where this is the case...guns are heavily regulated where I live as is sexuality (mostly Catholic church) so no where is without it's hypocrisy. ---- exits stage left

I see what you're saying...the diff is that ppl sex life doesn't affect me. Crazy people with guns running around the streets affects me. That's the difference :)
-
My point is the crossover between those in the religious right judging people for their sexuality and thinking guns are just grand! So, sex is bad...but killing is ok?
-
Huh? What's bipolar about that?
-
Personally, I think every marriage and situation is different. How 'bout I don't judge you; you don't judge me. By the way, these are YOUR morals and values...probably based on your religious beliefs. Everyone has different belief systems. None of them are right or wrong. Just different. Soooo glad I don't live in a…

also are we the only animals to drink another animals milk?
-
I have cut out dairy and I feel less sluggish and found myself less puffy and bloated...I don't know if it helps to lose weight or not. I use coconut milk instead and prefer it !

to look great in a bikini in Italy this summer and if it's after my boob lift/job, then i might even be topless? :) to make the naysayers who have seen me yo yo diet for years eat their words of "she'll gain it back" when I'm not only slimmer but very very fit! i want to look and feel strong and fit! like nothing is a…

most of the ppl on my friend's list, they are all very motivating!
-
@ cliffy really handsome face and lovely looking fella! I'm not a pervvy cougar or MILF I swear! :)
-
Very motivating, we're very similar builds though you're a bit taller than me... excellent results! :)
-
I love the beautiful simplicity of male advice. I also agree...how can you be dating/seeing/having a relationship when you don't go anywhere together in public? Is it mostly just sex? If so, grand, as long as you know the parameters. I don't find the cougar comment offensive, but to be honest, I wouldn't put up with being…

What a great accomplishment! Fair play and well done! Now, onto the normal range for you!
-
excellent and well done on your hard work! :)

Thank you very much!

@facingforty: great smile and um, cleavage? :)

I am planning on a lift with or without implants. Yoyo dieting, massive amounts of weight lost and gained, pregnancy, breastfeeding for two years each child and generally hating my boobies !! I might/might not get a mini tummy tuck...I've agreed to only undertake these when I've 6months of consecutive binge-free eating,…

It sounds yummy doesn't it? Since I'm off bread (and all grains)..I think I would binge on coconut bread so easier not to have it all... The chocolate chip cookies (didn't use chocolate but used those cacao nibs instead) are great and I added coconut (shredded non sweetened) and they were scrumptious!
-
Same here! I love all types of coconut and it's the best oil I've found to cook with. I like these recipes here: pale plan... Coconut chicken (with almond flour)... http://www.paleoplan.com/2009/11-22/coconut-chicken/ Coconut whipped cream http://www.paleoplan.com/2011/10-09/coconut-whipped-cream/ Coconut bread…

open and mostly paleo (mostly! as of yesterday!) can't exercise due to surgery on Friday but usually do train so i've reduced my cals to 1200 as I'm more or less bed bound.
-
I'll be over at 1800 hours,,,,YUM! I'd make paleo friendly coconut "breaded" chicken, steamed asparagus and fine green beans and a very big salad. For dessert, paleo 'chocolate' chip biscuits with almond butter spread, *chocolate is not chocolate but cacao nibs* Water to drink!

I've only done it once as the times at the gym don't suit me but it's a great way to get fit quick, I think and I like the musical rhythmic element too. In my class, it was very fit men mostly so that's an added benefit! Mmmmm...

I think the sooner we reevaluate what is 'normal' in terms of the feminine form, the better. That goes both for women with good muscle definition and those who have more boyish figures. Personally, I'm working towards looking less like the Michelin man and more like a nice curvy shaped guitar!
-
Please for to give me some of your steroids, Sir? Seriously, though, it's a lot easier for a non-fitness person to criticise than it is to get off their spreading bottoms and get training themselves! I say this as a former couch lounger!

Years of hating your body and the self-talk "I'm repulsive, I look disgusting, I'm so fat, I hate my body (thighs, *kitten*, whatever)" is very damaging. It takes a long time to rewrite a script, especially, if like me, you had that self-talk script running for 30+ years!! Multiple times every day.... So as a fellow person…

So would I!!

@Tennolina: you're a mom!

To be honest, fair play to anyone who works so hard on fitness/nutrition that they can get muscular like that! I'm JEALOUS. Much healthier than the models you see in many men's mags who probably eat very little and don't train at all! Either which way, having two kids and looking like she does: well done!
