  • I ran 6.2 miles last night on the elliptical an the jawbone said I added 505 steps. I was very mad that I missed my goal for the day. Someone advised me when running fast or using an elliptical that you should tie the tracker to your shoelaces instead of wearing it on your wrist. I am going to try that tonight.
  • I thought I would post and update to this thread. The last time I commented I was down 55 pounds and now I am down 131 pounds. I started my journey on June 1st of 2013 at 315 pounds and am now 186 pounds. At 5 foot 6 inches I am officially no longer obese and now only overweight! I also am no longer on insulin, blood…
  • I started my journey in June on my own at 315 pounds and have lost 55 pounds since then and 20 pounds since joining MFP. i am down to 260 and still have a long road ahead of me. Feel free to add me. I need lots of encouragement too!
