  • Battery issues where the battery would require replacing in less than a month, and while customer service was considering my replacement request, a brand new battery asked for replacement after 4 days. Needless to say, they sent me a replacement. And that replacement, the first battery needed to be replaced after 3 weeks.…
  • A food allergy caused me to gain 8 pounds in 1 week, even though I was way under my calories for gaining, and exercising a lot more that entire week. Once I cut milk back out of my diet, I stopped gaining, unfortunately those pounds are proving difficult to remove. Maybe you have a sensitivity to something you are eating.
  • I love to get earl grey tea latte. Their online calculator shows it to be about 160 calories with 2% milk.
  • SW = 202.4 W1=200.2 W2=200.0 W3=200.2 W4=198.4 Total weight lost 4 lbs. I dont know if i can lose 16 more lbs by christmas, but im going to keep trying. Glad I broke 200lbs, and stayed below it for a week. Super awesome because I always retain water when im pmsing, and I still havent went back above 200!!!
  • SW = 202.4 W1=200.2 W2=200.0 W3=200.2 Seem to be in a holding pattern for now. Going to try and kick it up a notch next week.
  • I clicked on this page and noticed the gif was moving in time to the song that just came on. Strokin by clarence carter. Bye now.
  • Dont get discouraged. Weight bounces up and down throughout the week depending on the types of food you have eaten and how much you have drank. Heck, on pms week, I could eat veggies only and still gain weight because I retain water like crazy. Just remember, you are in this for the long haul.
  • SW = 202.4 W1=200.2 W2=200.0 Bad to have a company picnic with a dessert contest the day before weigh in. Did loose .5 inch on my waist and thighs though. Will do better next week!
  • Lowfat cheese has fewer calories. All things in moderation! Ive limited my Dr. Pepper habit to just 1 can a day. And no, diet dr pepper has a weird aftertaste to me, so cant go that route lol. End up being sadder than if I didnt have it at all.

  • I have some exercise videos that dont have a exercise tracker equivalent, so I just want to find out number of calories burned when I do them.
  • I weigh almost every morning after I wake up. But I only offically track weight once a week.
  • I have the fitbit zip and just hook it to my bra every day. Dont have to worry about it all day at work. I would suggest using the food and exercise calculators on this site vs the fitbit site as the ones here are better. Since I got my fitbit, i set my goal to 3 miles a day and have reached it every day since August 9th.
  • Im here because the exercise calories fitbit was giving me was not helping me lose weight. So I did some searching and found people on this site who had the same issue. I subscribed because they have a barcode scanner for food and fitbit doesnt. I stayed because of the community (and the amazing food database).
  • And dont forget to take measurements. The weeks where I dont drop in lbs, I usually get a little off the measurements, so its more motivating if you are losing somewhere.
  • Week 0 = 202.4 Week 1 = 200.2 Lost 2.2 lbs. Next week Im trying hard to break 200!
  • I have a fitbit as well, and found that if I ate ALL of the extra calories it gave me, i was losing .5 lbs a week isntead of the 1.5 I had it set for. When I eat half of the exercise calories, ive been losing about 1.5lbs a week.
  • Steady does it.
  • Im 5'2 and 202 lbs. I got asked if i was preggers because I was looking "puffy".
  • I find that I havent been able to keep up with an "exercise routine" without being in pain and giving up after a week. Right now Im walking at least 3 miles or 30 minutes a day. I add in a 10 minute exercise video when I feel up to it. Using walking as my main form of exercise, ive kept it up every day for over a month…
  • If you mess up and eat more than you should one day, or dont exercise one day, dont give up. Tomorrow is a new day, just try again. Eventually you will have more good days than bad days. My problem before was, id super crave something and over eat, get disgusted at myself and give up entirely on trying to eat healthy. Now…
  • Week 0 = 202.4 lbs
  • Im game. Its about the goal i wanted to be at by then anyway!
  • I was on the 50 mile challenge when I realized i was already halfway done. So im uppping it to 100 miles walking in September.
  • Started walking to and from work twice a day (lunch). And then walking with the husband in the evening. At least the exercise part is going well, even if the weekend calories was awful.
  • My name is melissa. Im a 34 year old female from kansas. Im married, and got my husband on board the bandwagon. I have failed at dieting before, so we are trying it a bit different this time. Portion control AND exercise. Toss all of our junk food, so we have to go out and deliberately choose to first buy, and then eat it.…
  • Last year i had to buy all new underwear because my old ones didn't fit anymore. Talking constant wedgies. 5 weeks ago, noticed the new ones were getting tight. I put my foot down. NO MORE BIGGER PANTIES! The husband and I gave away all of the chips and candies in our house (except my emergency PMS bag of Hersey Nuggets).…
