I am signed up for the Las Vegas TM in April, if all goes well I might sign up for the Colorado TM so I will definitely keep you in mind. I'm doing a couch to 10K program and strength training 3 days a week. So far its going pretty well.

I am doing the Tough Mudder (my first) on April 26 in Vegas. I’m not in very good shape but started a program called Couch to 10k and I'm strength training 3 days a week. Once I get my cardio up I’m going to add in circuit training to build strength and stamina.

I just tried this method and it worked great for me. I made 6 chicken breasts on Sunday for the week. I keep them in the fridge and take one to work every day in Tupperware.
