I have read that it can be a good idea to have a planned binge as you will probably not eat as much as if it was a full blown binge & it is within your control .

I agree with cutting out the processed / refined carbs & the wheat / beer belly . My problem has always been my stomach ! You say you don't like rice , have you tried cous cous or quinoa for a Change . They only need boiling water poured over them & you can pep them up with herbs & spices , fruits & veg .

I used to eat the leftovers especially the carbs ! Since being on mfp I haven't but have a 4 legged friend for that but there is only so much she can eat !!

I've noticed the losing inches more than the scales moving ! Since starting mfp in August I've only lost 8kg but have dropped 3 dress sizes going into a 4th ! I'm still interested in what the scales say but know its not the only way to judge success . Keep going it will happen !

My jeans that fit "snugly " 2 weeks ago are too big . Yay ! Need to invest in smaller sized clothes as will have nothing to wear soon !

Hi like you always been big & have tried all the "diets" under the sun . Have had my successes but it's always gone back on plus more ! My friend adores cheese but won't have it in the house as she finds it too tempting ! Now when we go out for lunch on Tuesday after weighing ourselves she will have a cheese baguette so she doesn't feel deprived .

Personally I think your doing well ! The scale has moved - maybe not as much as youd have liked but it has gonre down . Also you've lost inches so your obviously doing something right . Stick with it and you will see results again . I was stuck for a couple of weeks too ! I agree not too take any notice of your mothers…
