Oh ok, I thought working out the distance and then timed myself and used the online app which I assumed would give me a fair estimate of the calories burned! - That's totally fooled me! :-(

No, I always end up with 400-500 calories remaining everyday. Usually that would be used up with chocolate and cakes once the kids are in bed!! But I have been really good with eating and the times I eat. And drinking the water usually fills me up. The food diary has really helped me look at the stuff I used to eat and I…
