I recommend a slight calorie increase above maitence, and Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program. So much better than Stronglifts.

Cellucor Birthday Cake flavor. Or, Dymatize Iso Birthday Cake

I shoot for pure carbs, but, I also powerlift. So doing 10+ reps isn't my field. But for raw energy and power I go to Twizzlers, gummy bears / worms, or pop tarts. Not sure what to tell you for sustained fuel for a normal workout. But a balanced diet should be more than sufficient too. Maybe you might even preform better…

Sure, it's known and researched, but, it doesn't cause that like Yohimbe does. Or however you spell it.

Yep. My wife doesn't though. And since our daughter is 1 now and walking / running all over the place, it's going to come to an end soon, sadly. But there's always 19 or so years later when she's in college. Always looking ahead, lol.

I recently discovered "Lenny & Larrys Compmete Cookie". I have a new love. Only problem is they are rare to find here where I live. So when I do find them, I buy cases. Literally have 40 of every flavor sitting in my basement in a freezer.

Jim is a sly con. He loads his supplements up with retarded amounts of caffeine just so you "feel something" so you don't notice it's all filler.

Citadel Nutrition Tier 1, or Tier 1+ (has more caffeine). This preworkout is the basic stuff you need. No filler crap or stuff that makes you "tingly". Go to CitadelNutrition.com and check them out.

Resisted incline barbell press (have someone push down, while you push up).... try it and you'll be rocked for a few days.

In all respect, you're going to consume shakes your whole life? I suggest learning control and eating food instead of paying for overpriced shakes.

To me you want the impossible. You can't "gain" lean muscle and get cut (lose weight). Granted muscle striations will show as you drop weight, but you won't gain any muscle. To gain muscle you must eat at a surplus of calories. Sometimes maitence works too. You don't NEED a pre, during, or post, at all. If your diet is on…

It could be a multitude of things if it's in the center of your shoulders blades, and even if it's your first time doing heavy weight reps in a long time, or ever for that matter. R.I.C.E ..... take off and let it heal a day or so and see how you feel.

I powerlift, and always after chest day I cramp so bad I literally can't take my right arm and put it across my chest or I lockup. Usually my chest looks deformed because all the muscles lockup every couple of minutes and lasts for hours. What stopped it for good was Pedialyte.

With the Achilles tendon healing as well.... ask your DOCTOR, not MFP randoms. You do not want to screw that up and be gimped permanently.

Weight lifting. But, I personally recommend at least 30 mins of cardio (you decide the type... Biking, walking, running, stair stepper, etc.) I do it daily just to keep my heart in check. You won't lose muscle or any of that crap. I powerlift in the USAPL and my strength hasn't bottomed out because I cardio every day.

There's really no plan. Unless you're getting on stage to compete in a bikini, or have health issues with a certain macronutrient, focus on your calories. But as you asked protein can be = eggs, nuts, turkey, chicken, bison, steak, milk, cheese, nuts, protein bars, yogurt, cottage cheese. Carbs = oatmeal, breads .... the…

Try fasting. Skip breakfast, eat lunch and dinner, and snack with the leftover calories after dinner.
-
Take them both back. The science backing both of them is very minuscule and sketchy. Focus on a caloric deficit.
-
^^^^ wrong. Carbs don't make you fat at all, I promise. Don't believe me? Do read articles from Layne Norton, Alan Aragon, Paul Carter, Jim Wendler.
-
Bread selection won't magically make you "healthy". Get a bread you like that fits into your daily caloric intake, and enjoy it. I personally recommend "flat out wraps" over bread.
-
My advice.... stop eating nuts as a meal. I don't know what else to tell you, seriously. Eating nuts alone will NOT be sufficient long term for your body to get all the nutrients it needs. I feel you on having a slight addiction to them, I do too. Especially with nut butters and cookie butters. Just STOP buying those items…

Wut.... ? lol......

Holy bro-science Batman!

1st, no whey protein in this world will give you "lean muscle gains", whey is just a means to hit your daily protein intake goal per day..... nothing more what so ever. In order to GAIN MUSCLE you MUST be eating slightly over your maintenance calories, there's no way around it. In order to lose weight, vice versa. Having…

Drink which YOU prefer. I'm caffeine intolerant, so I just drink coffee since I make mine like chocolate milk, lol. On workout days I always mix my pre-workout with a Monster Ultra and two green tea pills. (pills are doctor prescribed) I just enjoy the taste of Monster more than water, lol.

Tell that to Kane Sumabat or Layne Norton...

Easy stuff like jerky, or oatmeal, I weigh. Because usually you're always short on the weight. Pop-tarts and stuff I never weigh, lol.
