I reached my goal weight and now I'm obsessed with body fat percentage. My goal weight was not as flattering as I had hoped.

Eat celery sticks till your jaws hurt lol that's what I'd do.

2 frozen bananas (skins off) in a blender with a dash of cinnamon, splash of milk and a few almonds. Its about 275 cals and its better than icecream!

I'm the same way, therefore I eat all my calories in succession either all at once or drawn out across a couple hours. Usually I eat between two and four pm. It's great! That six small meals a day stuff doesn't work for everyone. I'll eat 2500 calories doing that.

I'm 4'6" -_- lol 86 lbs and I eat like 1000-1500 a day depnding if I'm trying to lose or maintain. Walk about 2 hours a day.

I primarily walk: Treadmill on incline or outside. Stretches are awesome post walking. Just listen to your body and be able to decipher between serious pain and workout pain.
