Hi, i am 30 yrs old, i work at everyday, and i try to add different things in my routine, but i still hve mid section that wont go way, i let my clothes do the talking and it motivates me to do better to try new things. Yes zumba does work, it burns alot of unwanted calories, you still need to eat right, but i do 15-20 minutes of zumba and i lost 30.2 lbs in the 6 months
