I'm roughly 5'3 and now weigh 153 lbs and wear anything from a UK size 12 to an 18 (US size 8-14 I believe). It really depends what clothes shop I'm in and I'm very top heavy!

Hi, I found my knee and hip took a bit of a battering from high impact exercise like running and certain aerobics classes.
